Field Fitness: Week 1 ~ Day 1

6:30 Wake up, weigh in. Goal for today, water focus and 40 hour fast to jumpstart the process. Coffee and Cream, Iced Tea.

1:39 PM Hungry at noon, had 3 chicken thighs and 1/2 avocado. Feeling low energy. Planning to hit balls with kids after school.

Lead Measures:

  • Lemon water

  • Coffee 2 cups 1 with cream

  • Warm up on bike

  • Hand roller on left thigh

  • Foam roller on hip flexor

  • Short walk - 10 minutes w Sonya

Lag Measures:

Sleep - 7.5 Hours

Physical Symptoms

  • Left calf knot / slow healing

  • Right hip and quad tightness

  • Final stages of cold - sinus

  • Too fat

  • Weak glutes
