Winter Reset ~ Plan & Prep
One Week Into Hip Replacement Recovery
One week out from hip replacement surgery, and I’m moving along with the help of a walker. Each day brings a little more strength and confidence, and I can feel things improving — slowly, but steadily.
Between now and the end of January, my focus is firmly on physical therapy. The goal is to stay consistent, rebuild strength, and be in solid shape by the end of February.
On the horizon are two big motivators: a return trip to Twin Lakes in March and a Scotland adventure in April. Having those trips ahead keeps me pushing forward and reminds me why this work matters.
One day at a time — progress is happening.
